Product Details

Volumetric efficiency and hydraulic efficiency, the power P (shaft power) transmitted from the prime mover to the pump shaft first consumes a portion to overcome the friction loss of bearings and sealing devices, and the remaining shaft power is used to drive the impeller to rotate. The input hydraulic power is used to do work on the liquid passing through the impeller, making the liquid pressure at the impeller outlet higher than the inlet pressure

In addition to handling large amounts of soft and hard waste, the harsh environment in which companies use these pumps places enormous demands on the equipment. Overheating can damage internal components and pose a risk of burns and other injuries to humans. Ventilate the pumps - only slowly and carefully discharge them at the drain plug after they have cooled to room temperature
Because you may leave too many unsupported shields. Some manufacturers suggest oblique cutting, which will improve blade outlet flow and increase the strength of the shroud. Another good idea is to increase the strength of the component by machining the radius at the junction of the trimmed blade and the shroud. Impeller trimming means reducing the diameter of the impeller from a larger diameter, usually to adjust the pump performance to the desired operating point. The performance curve of a centrifugal pump typically reflects the performance of many impeller diameters between large and small allowable diameters. When the diameter of the impeller blades decreases, several situations may occur. In short, the greater the reduction in impeller size, the higher the specific speed of the impeller. As the impeller is trimmed, the pump efficiency will decrease more. The prediction of pump performance changing with impeller diameter is similar to using the affinity law to change with speed: pump flow rate (Q) directly changes with diameter (D), that is, Q1/Q2=D1/D2 pump head (H) changes with the square of diameter (D), that is, H1/H2=(D1/D2) 2 absorbs power with the cube of diameter (D).

Vacuum pumps have various flow rates controlled by bends, elbows, valves, etc. inside the pipeline. The type and size of the pipeline also affect the flow rate. Although there are various types of vacuum pumps, they all work by converting rotational kinetic energy into fluid power. They achieve this by generating flow and pressure through blade impellers

The reason why the vacuum pump cannot start normally
1. Power supply issues: Failure to connect the power supply, low or high voltage, blown fuses, damaged power switches, etc. can all prevent the vacuum pump from obtaining the necessary power to start. For example, a low voltage may result in insufficient motor torque, preventing the pump body from operating.
2. Motor failure: Short circuit, open circuit, grounding of motor winding, or damage or jamming of motor bearings can all hinder motor starting. For example, poor lubrication of motor bearings and increased friction make it difficult for the motor to start.
3. Pump body blockage: Foreign objects entering the pump, insufficient clearance between the rotor and stator, and wear and deformation of components can cause the pump body to get stuck and unable to start normally. Just like gears getting stuck with debris, they cannot rotate smoothly.
4. Control system failure: Control circuit failure, damaged start button, contactor or relay failure, etc., can cause control signals to not be transmitted properly, making the vacuum pump unable to start.

At the same time, positive displacement pumps have high efficiency, but this is offset by their higher operating and maintenance costs. Operating conditions: The way the pump operates also affects its energy efficiency. For example, running the pump at a higher speed usually results in greater energy consumption than running the pump at a lower speed. Pump manufacturers design pumps for certain operating conditions, and if the pump does not operate under these conditions
When an electron moves or transitions from one energy level to another, a specific amount of energy is absorbed or emitted. This is the main mechanism of interaction between photons and matter atoms. These energy levels and their associated photon energies depend on the electronic structure of the atom. The universal energy level diagram of atoms is displayed. Molecules are composed of two or more atoms, and their energy levels are determined by interatomic forces. In addition to electronic transitions, molecules also have transitions related to vibration and rotation interactions, which result in a more complex set of energy levels compared to simple atoms. For a large group of identical atoms/molecules, where the components are interrelated, such as in a dilute gas, each atom/molecule has the same discrete energy level set. However, when atoms/molecules come together, such as in liquids or solids, various intermolecular interactions become increasingly important, and the initial discrete energy levels associated with isolated atoms or molecules gradually expand into a collection of numerous dense energy levels that form energy bands. These valence and conduction bands and their separation energy gaps.

This can cause noise and overheating, and it may eventually freeze, so please check and replace it, check the engine or motor, whether the motor is receiving enough power, which may be a serious problem and should be corrected through service or maintenance. Check whether the air release device, valve, check valve, and impact control device are functioning properly

You can do it yourself, but if you're not sure how the engine's air intake works or just feel uncomfortable with it, a mechanic can inspect it. Most stores will use professional testing machines to produce smoke from a special liquid similar to the fog used in concerts or parties, which is injected into the engine's intake system when the engine is turned off - from there

Basic steps for repairing vacuum pump that cannot start normally
1. Check the power supply and circuit: Use a multimeter to check if the power supply is powered on, and check if the fuse is blown. If it is blown, it should be replaced in a timely manner. Check if the circuit connections are normal and ensure that there are no short circuits or open circuits. If the power supply is out of phase, maintenance should be carried out to ensure the balance of the three-phase power supply.
2. Check the motor status: Adjust the overload protection setting of the motor starter to match the setting data on the motor nameplate. Check if the motor bearings are worn and replace them if necessary. If the motor coil burns out, the motor needs to be repaired and the secondary coil needs to be rewound. Manually rotate the motor. If it cannot be moved by hand, the motor needs to be disassembled from the vacuum pump and checked separately for the motor and vacuum pump.
3. Check the vacuum pump body: If the vacuum pump has returned oil or the chamber is filled with vacuum pump oil, you can manually rotate the pulley several times to discharge excess oil. If the oil has deteriorated, it should be replaced with new vacuum pump oil in a timely manner. Clean the foreign objects in the pump chamber to ensure that the pump chamber is clean and unobstructed.

One of the main reasons why fog may appear when the pump is turned on is due to loud pump noise. Sometimes, the smoke emitted by the pump may be caused by some real malfunction in the machine. If your new pump is smoking, you should understand that it is mistaken for oil vapor. However, if the pump is old and has been working for several years, the smoke may indicate internal leaks or that the pump is not working properly
The pump will turn on or off and continue until the sensor detects another liquid level. This form of pump automation is popular in applications such as tank emptying, filling, and dewatering. If the pump operates without fluid passing through, it may overheat, causing components to get stuck and damaging seals and impellers. Suspending the production line or the operator forgetting to turn off the pump may result in dry operation. Some pump designs, such as AODD or peristaltic pumps, can operate dry without damage, but if a vacuum pump or other pump is used, the dry operation sensor can automatically shut down the pump when it is detected. The installation of a leak sensor can shut down the pump when fluid leakage is detected. These are good practices for pumps handling high cost products or hazardous fluids and chemicals that may be dangerous or flammable if in contact with these liquids and chemicals. If the pump has different load requirements, VSD can help operate the motor speed automatically according to actual requirements rather than large capacity.

And it also needs to pass gas or air through the chamber. The size of the vacuum pump you need will depend on the suction strength you need and how much air you need to pass through the chamber. Vacuum pressure refers to the absence of anything - usually air molecules. The lack of air in the vacuum will cause external air (or other materials) to pass through the vacuum pump

This is usually indicated by high exhaust pressure, high pump temperature, small rotor clearance, or pump fluid backflow. Over time, exceeding high power continuously can cause motor damage, and the maximum pressure does not meet standards - this may be caused by internal or external leaks, clogged oil holes, or improper pump design. If leakage is the problem
Similarly, the required flow rate, power - for power, the net head is proportional to the power delivered to the fluid, known as output power or water horsepower. This level determines the usefulness of the pump for the liquid being processed. Typically, valves at the end of the performance curve are used to ensure sufficient power is provided for most operating conditions, and efficiency - efficiency is the ratio between the brake and water horsepower
