The main geometric accuracy and machining accuracy of boring machines have the following relationship:
(1) The straightness of the bed guide rail in the vertical and horizontal planes is the basic accuracy of the machine tool, determined by the precision of grinding and scraping processing. The straightness error will directly affect the machining accuracy.
1) The straightness of the bed guide rail in the vertical plane will cause displacement of the workpiece in the vertical plane, resulting in straightness errors in the radial direction of the workpiece hole when boring with workpiece feed; Boring a long hole will cause errors in the cylindricity of the hole.
2) The straightness of the bed guide rail in the horizontal plane will cause displacement and error of the boring machine guide rail in the horizontal plane when the workpiece is fed into the boring hole. The error will be transmitted to the workpiece in a 1:1 relationship, which will also cause roundness and cylindricity to exceed the tolerance.
(2) Workbench http://www.btjxjt.com Flatness is usually achieved by boring or configuring workpieces with fixtures placed on the worktable. Due to the influence of worktable flatness, elastic deformation occurs after boring and loosening the workpiece, resulting in roundness errors or milling plane errors. At the same time, due to the relative inclination of the workpiece at different positions on the workbench, there is a parallelism error between the axis of the hole and the bottom surface during precision boring, and a perpendicularity error between the machined plane and the installation base surface during precision milling.
(3) The parallelism of the bed guide rail in the vertical plane mainly affects the parallelism of boring two holes. When using the spindle to move the boring hole and then moving the worktable to insert the hole, the guide rail is in a vertical plane.
The parallelism error is directly reflected in the workpiece, causing the parallelism of the two holes to exceed the tolerance. In addition, when boring long holes with working feed, errors will also increase the roundness and cylindricity errors of the holes.
(4) The straightness of the sliding guide rail in the vertical plane affects the flatness of the precision milling plane, resulting in uneven tool connections. At the same time, parallelism errors may also occur when precision boring two holes.
(5) The perpendicularity of the horizontal movement of the workbench to the vertical movement is usually adjusted. When installing the workpiece, the installation reference plane is first aligned in the vertical direction, then clamped and fixed, and then the horizontal movement is used to align the position of the hole to be machined before boring or precision milling the plane. Due to the large error in this accuracy, when the worktable moves laterally on the milled plane, the perpendicularity between this plane and the reference plane will exceed the tolerance, resulting in a change in milling depth; The hole drilled by the milling plane and the spindle movement is not perpendicular. When milling a plane with a single blade, it will make the milled plane concave, affecting the flatness.
(6) The movement of the worktable has a large accuracy error in the parallelism of the worktable, which can cause the distance between the worktable and the spindle axis to constantly change when the worktable moves. Therefore, when boring box holes, the distance error between holes in different vertical directions or between holes and the reference horizontal plane increases. When the horizontal movement parallelism error of the workbench is large, equal height error will occur when boring two holes in the vertical plane. When the parallelism of the worktable exceeds the tolerance during longitudinal movement, the coaxiality of the drilled front and rear holes exceeds the tolerance, and the axis tilts.
