Cross slide table

Cross slide table refers to a combination slide table composed of two sets of straight slide tables combined in the X-axis and Y-axis directions, usually also known as coordinate axis slide table or XY axis slide table. In industry, the X-axis is often represented horizontally, and the other axis is the Y-axis. When the midpoint of the X axis is aligned with the Y axis, it appears to be the Chinese character for "ten", which gives rise to the name of the cross slide table.

The working principle of the cross slide table is to fix a set of straight slide tables on the sliders of another set of slide tables. For example, a cross slide table fixes the X-axis on the Y-axis slide table, so that the slider on the X-axis is the moving object. The Y-axis can control the Y-axis movement of the slider, and the X-axis can control the X-direction movement of the slider. The movement mode is generally achieved by external driving. This can enable the slider to complete fixed-point motion, linear or curved motion on plane coordinates.
