Before use, it is necessary to add oil to the pot, and the oil level must be higher than the electric heating tube. Connect the power supply, close the power switch, and the upper row of numbers will display the actual temperature inside the pot. The lower row of numbers will display the set temperature value. Operation instructions

１．set temperature： pressThe SET key can be used to set the temperature. Press the SET button to flash the data on the lower digital display (normal temperature measurement on the upper display), and the instrument enters the temperature setting state. Press the △ button to increase the set value, press the ▽ button to decrease the set value, and then press the SET button again to return the instrument to normal working state. The temperature setting is complete.

2．Correction of sensor errors： pressPress the SET key for 3 seconds to enter the inner menu of the instrument panel. After selecting parameter SC, use the △ or ▽ keys to correct the error. The range of correction for sensor error with a display resolution of 0.1 degrees is±19.9，The display resolution isThe correction range for 1 degree is± 50 degrees.Press again after completionPress the SET key for 3 seconds to exit. The correction value of the instrument is 0 when it leaves the factory.

3．Start self-tuningThis product can adapt to the vast majority of control systems, and can only start self-tuning when the control effect is particularly unsatisfactory. Method 1: After powering on the instrument, press the shift buttonStart self-tuning in 3 seconds. Method 2: Press the SET key for 3 seconds to enter the inner menu of the instrument panel. Select the parameter At and press the △ key to set the lower row to 1. Then press the SET key for 3 seconds to enable self-tuning. When self-tuning is in progress, the Atu indicator light flashes. The process is that the instrument control heating system fluctuates twice near the set point. When the Atu indicator light goes out, self-tuning ends and the new PID parameters are locked in the chip
