Overview

The CQB type magnetic drive pump is a new type of leak free and corrosion-resistant pump developed by the national joint design team of magnetic pumps. Its technical and economic indicators are comparable to those of similar foreign products in the late 1980s, and it is a supplement and improvement to the CQ type pump.

The CQB type magnetic drive pump is a new type of leak free and corrosion-resistant pump developed by the national joint design team of magnetic pumps. Its technical and economic indicators are comparable to those of similar foreign products in the late 1980s, and it is a supplement and improvement to the CQ type pump. The main features of this pump are that the overcurrent part is made of all stainless steel material, which has good corrosion resistance to organic acids, organic compounds, alkalis, neutral solutions, and various gases. The double spiral groove carbon graphite bearings and hard alloy shaft sleeves have strong wear resistance, ensuring the service life of the product and making it an ideal pump for leak free transportation of corrosive media. The ideal pump type for leak free transportation of corrosive media, optimized by the national magnetic pump joint design, can directly replace the IH type chemical process pump.

The CQB series magnetic pump is widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, pharmaceutical, electroplating, and environmental protection. It can transport flammable, explosive, highly toxic, and valuable liquids below 100 ℃. Adopting the principle of magnetic transmission, it can transport corrosive media without leakage. The overcurrent components are made of corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel, high-density carbon, high-purity alumina ceramics, and filled with polytetrafluoroethylene. In addition, the leak free sealing structure design ensures the safe transportation of chemical fluids.

The rate of the pump reaches 50-55%, and the design process of the pump fully considers energy saving.
3. Easy repair/maintenance
The structure is simple, with modular main components for easy and quick disassembly and inspection. Vulnerable parts can be replaced separately.

1. CQB typeMagnetic driven pumpShould be installed horizontally, not upright, made of plasticpumpThe body must not bear the weight of the pipeline. For special requirements for vertical installation, the motor must face upwards.

2. When the suction liquid level is higher thanpumpWhen the axis line is reached, simply open the suction pipe valve before starting. If the suction liquid level is lower thanpumpWhen the axis is aligned, the pipeline needs to be equipped with a bottom valve.

3. CQB typeMagnetic driven pumpBefore use, a check should be conducted to ensure that the motor blades rotate smoothly without any jamming or abnormal noise, and that all fasteners are tightened.

5. After the motor starts, slowly open the discharge valve and waitpumpAfter entering the normal working state, adjust the discharge valve to the desired opening.

1. Becausemagnetic drive pumpThe cooling and lubrication of bearings rely on the medium being transported, so it is forbidden to operate them in idle mode, and at the same time, it is necessary to avoid the spatiotemporal load caused by restarting after a power outage during operation.

2. If the conveyed medium contains solid particles,pumpThe entrance should be equipped with a filter screen: if it contains ferromagnetic particles, a magnetic filter should be added.

3. CQB typeMagnetic driven pumpThe ambient temperature during use should be less than 40 ℃, and the temperature rise of the motor should not exceed 75 ℃.

4. The conveyed medium and its temperature should be within the allowable range of the pump material (see attached table for details). engineering plasticpumpOperating temperature<60 ℃, metalpumpA liquid without hard particles or fibers, with a usage temperature of<100 ℃, a conveying suction pressure not exceeding 0.2mpa, a maximum working pressure of 1.6mpa, a density not exceeding 1600kg/m3, and a particle size not exceeding 30 × 10-6m2/s.

5. For media that are prone to precipitation and crystallization during transportation, they should be cleaned and drained promptly after usepumpInternal fluid accumulation.

6Magnetic driven pumpAfter 100 hours of operation, the wear of the bearings and end face moving rings should be disassembled and inspected, and vulnerable parts that are no longer suitable for use should be replaced.

7. CQB typeMagnetic driven pumpThe internal and external magnetic couplings are made of high-performance permanent magnet materials, which may pose potential hazards to the following devices.
