HY-UHZ magnetic flap tank level gaugeIt can be used for liquid level measurement in various open or closed containers, especially for high-pressure, high-temperature, high viscosity, and highly corrosive media, demonstrating its superiority. Due to the complete isolation between the measured medium and the indicator, it has higher reliability, safety, and practicality than traditional plate and tube level gauges. This instrument, together with its auxiliary instruments LB type magnetic position transmitter and AK type magnetic alarm switch, can continuously output 4-20mA analog signals and switch signals, and can achieve remote control and alarm of upper and lower limits of liquid level. This instrument can also be used in conjunction with other digital displays to achieve various control objectives. It is widely used for liquid level measurement and control in various industries such as power, petroleum, chemical, environmental protection, shipbuilding, construction, and food production processes.
The HY-UHZ magnetic flap tank level gauge is developed based on the principle of buoyancy and magnetic coupling. When the liquid level in the tested container rises or falls, the float in the main tube of the level gauge also rises or falls accordingly. The permanent magnetic steel inside the float is transmitted to the on-site indicator through magnetic coupling, driving the red and white flip columns to flip. When the liquid level rises, the flip column turns red with the height of the liquid level, and when the liquid level drops, the flip column turns from red to white.
The LB magnetic position transmitter consists of a liquid level sensor and a conversion module. Change the sensor of the transmitter to be fixed in a bundled form on the outside of the bypass tube of the UQC magnetic float level gauge, so that it is in the same magnetic field system as the level gauge. When the magnetic float moves up and down with the liquid level, the reed switch corresponding to the liquid level position drives the resistor to convert it into a two-wire 4-20mADC standard signal output
The AK type magnetic alarm switch is composed of a fully sealed magnetic holding switch imported from Japan and other components. The alarm switch is fixed in the form of a socket on the outside of the UQC magnetic float level gauge scale, so that it is in the same magnetic field system as the level gauge. When the magnetic float moves up and down with the liquid level, the fully sealed holding switch corresponding to the liquid level position is engaged, and the switch signal is output to achieve the control purpose through the control device.
The signals output by the position transmitter and alarm switch mentioned above can be easily matched with various instruments to achieve the purpose of control, regulation, display, and alarm.
The components of the magnetic flap level gauge are made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti, 316L, 304 stainless steel lined with PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), PVC, PP and other materials, as well as imported components, which have reliability and corrosion resistance. Its characteristics are very significant:
The design is simple, compact, sturdy and reliable, with a long lifespan and no maintenance work required for long-term outdoor installation and use;
The measuring tube is completely isolated from the liquid level display part and the liquid level transmitter in terms of pressure resistance and gas resistance;

Wide working temperature range, suitable for temperatures ranging from -160 to+530 ℃;
Widely used for measuring liquid levels that are highly corrosive, flammable, explosive, toxic, highly radioactive, agitated, and contaminated;
Each model can be equipped with a 4-20mADC liquid level transmitter for remote centralized measurement and control;
