Magnetic filter - iron remover

Magnetic filters, also known as iron removers, are widely used in industries such as food, medicine, cosmetics, and fine chemicals to meet the process requirements of liquid media. At the same time, dual barrel magnetic filters are equipped with two directional valves. During operation, one set of filtering devices is put into operation, and the other set can operate continuously by changing the position of the directional valve during cleaning, ensuring the continuity of the process pipeline.

precautions

1. This product belongs to strong magnetic products, please keep away from electronic products such as mobile phones, bank cards, and ID cards.

2. The operating temperature of this product should not exceed 80 ℃. It is recommended to use it at a temperature below 70 ℃, otherwise it may cause demagnetization in magnetic iron removal products.

3. Do not directly disassemble the magnetic rod. If you need to disassemble the magnetic rod, be sure to insert it into the easy to clean tube sleeve and then remove the M8 screw that fixes the magnetic rod

Cleaning and installation

The first step is to remove the 8 M20 eyebolts.

Step 2: Hold the handle tightly with both hands and lift the easy to clean sleeve together with the magnetic rod assembly out of the filter bucket.

Step 3: Remove the two sheep's horn screws that connect the easy to clean casing device.

Step 4: Step on the bottom plate of the easy to clean sleeve device with your foot, grip the handle tightly with both hands, and pull the magnetic rod out of the easy to clean sleeve device. At this point, iron slag and chips will fall off the easy to clean device.

Step 5: Use a cloth or air blow to clean the easy to clean casing. If there are iron slag or debris on the magnetic rod, use a cloth to clean it.

Step 6: Reinstall the magnetic rod into the easy to clean device, paying attention to aligning the screw holes.

Step 7: Tighten the two sheep's horn screws that connect the easy to clean pipe sleeve device.

Step 8: Hold the handle tightly with both hands and install the easy to clean sleeve component and magnetic rod component back into the filter barrel, paying attention to aligning the sealing ring.

Step 9: Simply reinstall the 8 M20 eyebolts.
