Principle:Magnetic electric speed probe DF6101It is based on the principle of magneto electric induction to achieve speed measurement. Magnetic electric speed sensor is composed of iron core, magnetic steel, induction coil and other components. When the measuring object rotates, the coil of the speed sensor will generate magnetic lines, and the gear rotation will cut the magnetic lines. Due to the change in magnetic resistance, the magnetic circuit generates electromotive force in the induction coil. The voltage generated by the induced potential of the magneto electric speed probe is related to the speed of the measured object. The faster the speed of the measured object, the greater the output voltage, which means that the output voltage is proportional to the speed. However, when the rotational speed of the measured object exceeds the measurement range of the magneto electric speed sensor, the magnetic circuit loss will be too large, causing the output potential to become saturated or even sharply decrease.

Magnetic electric speed probe DF6101Divided into the following types:

DF6101 economy type, low impedance, with signal line;

DF6102 low resistance, oil resistant, heat-resistant type (MP-935);

DF6103 low resistance, oil resistant, heat-resistant and high-temperature type, with signal line;

DF6104 economy type, high speed measurement, with signal line;

DF6105 oil resistant and heat-resistant type, measuring at high speeds;

DF6106 oil proof, heat-resistant and high-temperature type, high speed measurement, with signal line;

DF6107 low resistance, precision type, low-speed measurement (active). According to different industrial site monitoring requirements, the electromagnetic speed sensor can be matched with secondary instruments (monitors) or signal conditioners (transmitters) and testing instruments to form a complete machine status monitoring system.
