The principle of coupling works. When the liquid level in the tested container rises or falls, the float in the main tube of the liquid level gauge also rises or falls accordingly, and the magnetic steel inside the float is magnetized
Coupling is transmitted to the on-site indicator, driving the red and white flip columns to flip 180 °. The liquid level rises, and the flipping column changes from white to red; The liquid level drops and the flipping column turns white,
The red and white boundaries of the indicator represent the actual height of the liquid level of the medium inside the container, thus achieving liquid level indication.

The magnetic coupling level gauge should consider the following factors:
(1) Measuring objects, such as the physical and chemical properties of the measured medium, as well as working pressure and temperature, installation conditions, and the speed of liquid level changes;
(2) Measurement and control requirements, such as measurement range, measurement (or control) * degree, display mode, on-site indication, remote indication, and calculation

Maintenance of magnetic coupling level gauge
1. Magnetic coupling level gauge should be cleaned every six months
2. When cleaning, first open the screw cap of the iron pipe of the water level gauge, carefully take out the level gauge, and then clean up the debris around the equipment.
3. Magnetic coupling level gauges should be placed neatly, and pipelines and lines should be organized; Good lubrication, timely refueling or oil change, continuous oiling, no dry friction, normal oil pressure,
The oil gauge is bright, the oil circuit is unobstructed, the oil quality meets the requirements of the level gauge, and the oil gun, oil cup, and oil felt are clean; Trichloroethylene or alcohol can also be injected into the pressure hole
Soak at half the height for about 5 minutes, then gently shake and repeat multiple times until it is cleaned thoroughly. Do not use any tools to clean the pressure hole,
4. Clean the liquid level of the internal medium of the level gauge, avoid using brushes or metal tools with excessive hardness, and avoid damaging the sensitive core and pressure interface threads.
5. After cleaning, slowly place the liquid level gauge back into the iron pipe, feeling that the lower part of the iron pipe has been placed. Install the rotary cap back to its original position, and then remove it for cleaning
When reinstalling the liquid level gauge, it is necessary to correct the detection values of the secondary instrument again by comparing the water level gauge at the same water level as the water gate to ensure the correctness of the sampling data.
