The small machine tool circulating water chiller CNC lathe spindle chiller CBE-3ALC, with a cooling capacity of 3000W, is developed for the CNC lathe spindle chiller equipment that generates heat and high temperature during long-term operation. It performs a system cooling cycle, and the heat can be discharged into the air. It has two functions: temperature control and constant temperature control, input and output control, and energy-saving and environmentally friendly cooling water flow.

Machine tool circulating water chillerThe operation of the system works through three interconnected systems: refrigerant circulation system, water circulation system, and electrical self-control system. The liquid refrigerant in the evaporator of the refrigerant circulation system absorbs heat from water and begins to evaporate, forming a certain temperature difference between the refrigerant and water. The liquid refrigerant also evaporates into a gaseous state, which is then sucked in and compressed by the compressor (increasing pressure and temperature). The gaseous refrigerant absorbs heat through the condenser (air-cooled/water-cooled) and condenses into a liquid. After being throttled by an expansion valve (or capillary tube), it becomes a low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant that enters the evaporator, completing the refrigerant circulation process.

Machine tool circulating water chiller The water pump is responsible for extracting water from the water tank and pumping it to the equipment that the user needs to cool. The chilled water takes away the heat and rises in temperature before returning to the chilled water tank. The electrical self-control system includes a power supply part and an automatic control part. The power supply is supplied to compressors, fans, water pumps, etc. through contactors. The automatic control part includes a temperature controller, pressure protection, delay device, relay, overload protection, etc., which are combined to achieve functions such as automatic start stop and protection based on water temperature.

Generally, water-cooled heat dissipation is used for temperatures above 10P, while air-cooled heat dissipation is used for temperatures below 10P. Air cooled industrial chillers are generally integrated with evaporators, compressors, and condensers. For slightly high-power air-cooled industrial chillers, it is necessary to consider the heat dissipation problem of the condenser cooling fan during operation. In air-conditioned factories, the overall unit needs to be equipped with exhaust ducts to divert the heat blown out by the cooling fan to the outside.

The air-cooled circulating chiller can also be made in a modular form, with the condenser placed directly outdoors (called the outdoor unit) and the evaporator and compressor placed indoors (called the indoor unit). However, considering the heat absorption during the transfer of refrigerant between the condenser and evaporator, the distance between the indoor and outdoor units should be controlled within 6 meters. In addition, the copper pipes used to transport refrigerant need to be insulated. The power and control cables of the fan can be wired together with copper pipes, so that the air conditioning plant only needs to drill holes and pass through the pipes.

For industrial applications of low flow and low heat dissipation air-cooled chillers, it is generally recommended to use them directly as a whole, without considering their heat dissipation issues. For air-cooled chillers with high flow rates and large heat dissipation, a split type can be used. The cooling effect of the condenser of air-cooled chillers is slightly affected by changes in the external environment, season, and climate, while water-cooled chillers use a water tower for stable heat dissipation, which requires the installation of a water tower and has poor mobility. Application field: Chillers are used for cooling plastic processing machinery molding molds, which can greatly improve the surface smoothness of plastic products, reduce surface wrinkles and internal stresses, prevent product shrinkage and deformation, facilitate demolding of plastic products, accelerate product shaping, and thus improve the production efficiency of plastic molding machines;
