MSP300 Micro Fusion Technology Series Air Compressor SensorThe MSP300 series pressure sensors have established a new performance price ratio for low-cost, large-scale commercial and industrial applications
Sensors are suitable for measuring gas and liquid pressure, even including sewage, steam, mildly corrosive liquids and gases.
The pressure chamber of MSP300 is machined from a single piece integrated structure of 17-4PH or 316L stainless steel. The standard product comes with a 1/4 NPT pressure interface, fully metal sealed, and leak free. Due to the absence of O-rings, welds, and direct contact with the measuring medium, the stability and durability of the sensor are very good.
The micro melting technology of MEAS * originated from aviation applications, using high-temperature glass to melt micro machined silicon varistor strain gauges onto stainless steel isolation membranes. The glass bonding process avoids the effects of temperature, humidity, mechanical fatigue, and media on the adhesive and materials, thereby improving the long-term stability of sensors in industrial environments and avoiding the P-N junction effect that occurs in traditional micro mechanical manufacturing processes.
The product is particularly suitable for OEM customers for medium and large-scale applications, and standard products can be widely used for various purposes.
