The MSK-PN110-S pneumatic button battery sealing machine adopts a cylinder drive to achieve the packaging and unpacking process of button batteries. The standard sealing mold can be used for sealing 20mm diameter series button batteries such as CR2016, CR2025, CR2032, etc. After replacing the mold accessories, other diameter button batteries (such as CR2450, CR1620, etc.) can be sealed. Optional disassembly molds can be used to completely disassemble the positive and negative battery shells after sealing button batteries, facilitating the study and analysis of sample intake of internal materials of the battery.
