·Suitable for providing isolated DC power supply to transmitters on site, and detecting 4-20mA current signals from transmitters. After isolation transmission, output a standard 4-20mA current signal. And provide one (or two) sets of alarm signals through relay output. ·This signal alarm setter is a multifunctional interface instrument that integrates signal transmission, isolation, and signal output alarm functions The computer can be connected through the USB interface on the front panel of the alarm setter. Set alarm values through software configuration. The alarm mode can be set, such as high/low alarm, normally open/normally closed. The default setting of this alarm setter at the factory is that the relay contacts are normally open. When the alarm is triggered, the relay contacts are closed, and the instrument panel shows that the third line of the loose alarm connection is disconnected from normal. ● Installation
1.35mm standard DIN rail card installation. Please pay attention to the stability and firmness of the card position during installation.
2. Install vertically as much as possible to facilitate heat dissipation inside the instrument.
● Typical applications
1. Used to provide distribution voltage to on-site transmitters and isolate and convert input signals.
2. Devices connected to the site: Active electrical signals from two-wire or three wire non smart transmitters.
3. Connect to the control system (or other unit combination instruments): The AI card of each DCS/PLC receives current or voltage signals.
