Product Introduction

The MP-1B continuously variable speed test grinding and polishing machine is a dual disc desktop machine suitable for pre grinding, grinding, and polishing operations on metallographic specimens. This machine can directly obtain a speed between 50-1000 revolutions per minute through a frequency converter, making it more widely applicable and an essential equipment for users to make metallographic specimens.

Overview of structural features

This machine is equipped with a cooling device that can cool the sample during pre grinding to prevent damage to the metallographic structure due to overheating of the sample. The left disc of the machine is a pre grinding and grinding disc, and the right disc is a polishing disc. This machine can not only perform light grinding, rough grinding, semi fine grinding, and fine grinding on samples, but also precision polishing on samples.

This machine can be operated and used by two people simultaneously, making it an ideal sample preparation equipment for factories, research institutions, and laboratories in colleges and universities.
