MGTSV mining optical cable 12B1.3 intelligent mining communication optical cable
The underground fiber optic cable in coal mines is a flame-retardant communication cable designed specifically for harsh mining environments. Its core model is MGTSV and it needs to pass the National Mining Product Safety Mark Certification (MA).
The following are the key features and applications:
1、 Core Features
Flame retardant and explosion-proof use flame-retardant PVC outer sheath and anti rodent design to meet the safety requirements of flammable and explosive environments underground in coal mines.
Structural protection
Central bundle tube type: 2-12 cores, including loose tube, coated steel strip, and steel wire reinforcement layer.
Layered twisted type: 2-144 cores, reinforced with phosphated steel wire as the center, multi-layer water-resistant structure.
environmental adaptability
Full section water blocking design, filled with special grease, resistant to temperature changes of -30 ℃~60 ℃, strong tensile and compressive properties.
2、 Technical parameters
Transmission performance: Single mode fiber optic (G.652D standard) can transmit up to 120 kilometers without relay, supporting 4K video and gas monitoring data transmission.
Certification standard: Complies with MT/T 386-2011 and requires MA certification.
3、 Application scenarios
Mainly used for underground monitoring systems, emergency communication, and sensor networks, suitable for complex wiring environments such as vertical shafts and tunnels. Some models, such as MGXTSV, can also be used in underground or tunnel scenarios.

The product certificate should indicate the registered trademark, product name, implementation standard, product model, voltage, product specifications, cross-sectional area, product length, manufacturer, inspector, production date, manufacturer name, and be stamped with the inspector's seal. On the "certificate of conformity" of counterfeit and inferior products, the model and specifications can be arbitrarily filled in, but upon careful inspection, it is often found that there are no inspector codes, no production dates, and no production factory addresses. The inspection report for counterfeit and inferior products is often a photocopy, and the product inspection batches are also different. The specifications and models of the report and the actual product often do not match.
