MGTSV-48B flame-retardant communication optical cable for mines

MGTSV is a specialized model of flame-retardant communication optical cable used in coal mines, designed for special environments such as coal mines, metal mines, and tunnel shafts. It has key characteristics such as flame retardancy, rodent resistance, compression resistance, and full section water resistance, and needs to pass the Mining Product Safety Mark Certification (MA certification) of the National Coal Mine Safety Supervision Bureau. The implementation standards include MT/T 386-2011 and GB/T 28518-2012

MGTSV optical cables can be divided into two main types based on their structure and number of cores:

1、 Classified by structural type

Central bundle tube type: suitable for 2-12 cores, compact structure, suitable for scenarios with fewer cores.

Layer twisted type: suitable for 2-144 cores, suitable for large core count and long-distance communication needs.

3、 Core Performance Parameters (Universal)

Working temperature range: -40 ℃~+70 ℃

Fiber type: Single mode (G.652D, 1310nm attenuation ≤ 0.36dB/km) or multimode

Flame retardant properties: Blue flame-retardant PVC outer sheath (CMR grade), in compliance with coal mine safety color code requirements

Waterproof structure: The loose tube is filled with waterproof grease, the cable core is filled with waterproof compound, and the entire cross-section is waterproof

Strengthening components: phosphating steel wire center strengthening core, some models with steel strip or steel wire armor (such as MGTS33)

Service life: Design life ≥ 30 years
