MFU2000 Ultrasonic Flow MeterIt is a universal, high-performance, low-cost, high reliability, and functional ultrasonic flowmeter developed using foreign low-power microcontroller technology and advanced integrated circuits and microprocessors. External clamp or insertion type ultrasonic flowmeter is an instrument that measures the liquid flow inside a circular tube based on the principle of time difference method. It adopts advanced multi pulse technology, signal digital processing technology, and error correction technology, making flow meters more adaptable to the environment of industrial sites, and measuring more conveniently, economically, and accurately. The measurable fluid is a single homogeneous liquid such as water, seawater, oil, slurry, etc. It can measure conductive or non-conductive, corrosive or non corrosive liquids. Its installation forms are diverse (external attachment, insertion type), which can meet the relevant needs of customers.

Time difference method: It uses the principle that the time difference between the forward and backward propagation of sound waves in a fluid is proportional to the fluid velocity to measure fluid flow rate. The time variation of the ultrasonic waves emitted by the generator to reach the receiver is proportional to the fluid flow velocity in the pipeline. Based on this, the pipeline parameters are input into the instrument, and the collected data is transformed by a transformer to obtain instantaneous flow rate and cumulative flow rate. Automatically record independent cumulative traffic data for the first 64 days and 32 months, which can be viewed by pressing the button. By configuring simulated keyboard software, instrument parameters can be remotely operated using a computer; Zero point calibration function, on-site zero point calibration is convenient for ensuring measurement accuracy.
