Technical Features
(1) Automatic loading and unloading: The mechanical gripper automatically loads and unloads the sample and embedded sample, with a gripper stroke of 0-30mm. The sample and embedded sample support original loading and unloading;
(2) Four station small sample embedding: suitable for multiple specifications of samples, embedding 4 samples at once, or independently embedding a single sample. If there are special requirements, an additional 8 pieces can be manually operated; Single embedding complete process time (heating+holding pressure+cooling+demolding) cycle:<10 minutes; It can be customized and expanded to 6-8 embedding units. When the first batch of samples are embedded, other samples on the loading tray will automatically proceed to the next round of embedding, which can achieve unmanned embedding of large quantities of samples at night;
(3) Expand large capacity material tray: supports continuous embedding of 20 samples, and can customize material trays separately to accommodate up to 100 pieces;
(4) Incoming material scanning and laser marking: Scan the code with a scanning gun or manually input the sample code to enter the sample data in two forms, achieving embedding parameters and identification binding; The center position of the inlay can support up to 18 characters (including numbers and English).

(5) Multiple embedding modes: In automatic mode, multiple samples can be embedded with one click; Manual mode can achieve single cavity embedding;

(6) Automatic powder addition, heating, pressure and cooling: Different specifications of samples can be added and embedded with powder according to their different volumes, and the powder amount can be automatically detected. When there is a shortage of powder, the system will automatically alert and prompt; Water circulation cooling, faster cooling, higher embedding efficiency, set cooling time, and automatically stop when the time is up.

(7) Equal height of embedded parts: The device is equipped with built-in sensors to ensure consistent height of the final embedded sample. The height of a single cavity and sample can reach 35mm. It supports automatic opening and closing of the embedded cavity, and automatic top molding and demolding after the embedding is completed;
(8) Fully automatic intelligent control unmanned operation: touch screen configuration parameters and program editing selection, one click automatic completion of embedding process, real-time display of different data and status of embedding process. The interface is clear and intuitive, and the operation is easy. It can store and export data such as temperature, pressure, and time to meet the data traceability requirements of laboratory management systems; Can store more than 100 sets of inlay process formulas for quick retrieval and achieve series production;
(9) Safety protection: Overload protection response time ≤ 1 second. During over temperature protection, if the temperature sensor is abnormal or the heating is out of control, the power will be automatically cut off. If the upper cover is not locked, the equipment cannot be started to prevent safety accidents caused by opening the cover during the pressurization process. The independent emergency stop button can quickly cut off the heating and pressure systems;

Real time display of temperature, pressure, time and other parameter indicators, as well as functional status such as normal operation, powder shortage, abnormal alarm, shutdown, etc. Users can set and edit corresponding parameters on the interface based on the characteristics of each material.
The software can support the storage and export of temperature, pressure, time and other data according to user needs. When the sample is processed, the device triggers a reminder function. If the equipment malfunctions, an emergency stop will be executed to protect the safety of the equipment and personnel.
