The MEGA6656T series rack mounted three-layer switch provided by Shanghai Newlink Communication Technology Co., Ltd. is an industrial Ethernet switch designed for strict industrial communication system requirements. It includes 24 10/100/1000M electrical ports, 24 1000MSFP expansion slots, 8 1000M SFP expansion slots/10 Gigabit SFP+expansion slots, or 48 1000M SFP expansion slots+8 1000M SFP expansion slots/10 Gigabit SFP+expansion slots.
The MEGA6656T series switches offer a wide range of features, including support for knewlink ring network protocol, hardware timestamp based IEEE1588v2, BC, P2P TC, E2E TC clock modes, achieving 50ns timing accuracy, compatibility with STP/RSTP/MSTP, port based VLAN, 802.1Q-based VLAN, QoS, IGMP Snooping, broadcast storm suppression, port aggregation, port mirroring, port status management, and more. In terms of power supply design, the product can provide 2 AC/DC 110/220V power inputs, which can be used for redundant backup. The equipment complies with IEEE 802.3i(10Base-T)、IEEE 802.3u(100Base-T)、IEEE 802.3ab(1000Base-T)、IEEE 802.3z(1000Base-SX/LX)、IEEE 802.3ad( Port aggregation), IEEE 802.3x (flow control), IEEE 802.1p (priority) IEEE 802.1Q(VLAN)、IEEE 802.1w(RSTP)、IEEE 802.1s(MSTP)、IEEE 802.1x、IEEE1588-2008(PTPv2)。
MEGA6656T supports static routing, policy routing RIP V1/2、OSPF、IS-IS、BGP、 Virtual Routing Redundancy Protocol (VRRP)Multicast routing, IPv6 and other functions, and support multiple management methods such as Console, Telnet, and Web, provide a highly reliable solution for industrial communication.
