The MEGA6616 from Shanghai Newlink Communication Technology Co., Ltd. is an industrial Ethernet switch that supports the IEEE 1588 network measurement and control system precise clock synchronization protocol. It provides 8 10/100/1000M electrical ports (POE optional) and 8 1000M SFP slots, and can form various fiber optic redundant networks such as chain and ring. Supports IEEE1588v2 based on hardware timestamps, supports BC, P2P TC, E2E TC clock modes, and achieves 50ns timing accuracy. The MEGA6616 series also provides comprehensive network management functions, including port based VLAN, 802.1Q based VLAN, QoS, IGMP Snooping, RSTP, broadcast storm suppression, port aggregation, port mirroring, port status management, SNMP, NTP synchronization, etc., which can fully meet users' network management needs. It can be widely applied in fields such as smart grids, product measurement, control systems, and industrial automation.
