| The dusty gas enters the dust collector through the air inlet. Firstly, under the action of the wind deflector, the airflow turns and flows into the ash hopper. At the same time, the airflow speed slows down. Due to the inertia effect, the coarse particles in the gas directly fall into the ash hopper, playing a pre dust collection role. The airflow entering the ash hopper then bends upwards and passes through the filter bag with a metal skeleton inside. The dust is captured on the outer surface of the filter bag. The purified gas enters the upper cleaning room of the bag chamber and is collected at the air outlet for discharge. During the purification process of the dusty gas through the bag, as time increases, more and more dust accumulates on the bag, thereby increasing the resistance of the bag and gradually reducing the processing air volume. In order to work normally, the bag must be cleaned. During the cleaning process, the pulse control device is used in sequence. Touch each control valve and open the pulse valve, The compressed air inside the air bag is sprayed into each filter bag through the holes of the blowing tube and the Venturi tube. The bag instantly expands rapidly, causing the dust accumulated on the surface of the bag to fall off, and the bag is regenerated. The cleaned dust falls into the ash hopper and is discharged from the body through the dust removal system, thus repeating the cycle to ensure the normal operation of the dust removal system. |
