Lubricating oil filter machinecharacteristic:

Water and gas exist in two forms in oil - dissolved water and gas (below saturation point) exist in most oil systems and equipment, while free water and gas (above saturation point) exist in many oils.
Due to system leakage, poor sealing, long-term thermal load on oil, open storage, etc., moisture and gas in the air settle in the oil, resulting in water and gas in the oil.
Due to system leakage, particle dust entering the air, system wear and dust shedding, and long-term operation of oil under high temperature and water content, some oil will inevitably crack and deteriorate, resulting in the precipitation of gel like substances.
Hazards of water, gas, and impurities:
·Quickly oxidize and deteriorate the oil to produce acidic substances, which corrode the metal contact surface;
·The precipitation of additives in the oil fails, reducing the thickness of the lubricating film and intensifying mechanical wear;
·The insulation performance of oil decreases, the dielectric loss increases, and methane, acetylene, and hydrogen increase;
·Lubrication, cooling, and reduced flowability accelerate metal surface fatigue;
·Ice crystals formed at low temperatures block components and reduce system rigidity;
·Slow system response accompanied by reduced transmission performance of irregular actions;
·High oil temperature does not provide cooling effect;
·Oil pumps and power equipment are damaged due to cavitation;
