3.3 Range switching function

The probe does not need to be changed, only software settings are required, and the range can be switched freely between 100cp-10000cp

Change the aperture ratio and gain, calibrate 24 parameter values, calibrate parameters for different ranges, and save them in calibration A, B, C, and D. Extract the required range.

Important technical parameters can be confirmed, such as installation method, viscosity range, etc., or confirmed by the "Technical Parameter Confirmation Letter".

6、 Signal transmission

The display provided on the equipment site can directly display viscosity parameters and temperature parameters. In addition, it outputs a standard 4-20mA signal of viscosity, which is transmitted to the control room through a cable and connected to the user's control system (PLC or DCS) for a transmission distance of 1000m. If the user does not have a control system, it needs to be displayed in the control room. The online viscosity meter itself is equipped with a set of display software, installed on a general computer, and communicates using USB-485 connectors to display temperature and viscosity in the control room. 7、 Testing and experimentation

According to the experimental requirements, the user shall measure the viscosity changes during the reaction process in real time, and the trend of the changes shall be consistent with the theory. The data accuracy and repeatability shall meet the technical parameter requirements;

Verify the viscosity standard oil provided by the user according to the factory calibration test data;

The seller shall provide the buyer with a quality and quantity inspection certificate for the goods upon shipment;

Acceptance of overall equipment performance: The overall equipment is installed and debugged normally.

8、 Identification, packaging, transportation, and storage

1. Instrument identification

The equipment nameplate contains information such as instrument number, name, model, manufacturing date, etc. The seller shall use non fading paint and conspicuous English words on the four adjacent sides of each packaging box to make the following markings: (1) transportation markings as stipulated in the contract; (2) Destination port; (3) The consignee; (4) Packaging box serial number; (5) Total weight, net weight, and dimensions; (6) Necessary words such as "moisture-proof", "handle with care", "do not invert", "this end faces up", "center of gravity", "lifting point", etc. Due to improper and insufficient packaging measures taken by the seller, the seller shall bear full responsibility for any rust, damage, and all losses caused to the goods.

9.2 Equipment packaging and transportation plan

The equipment provided by the seller shall be properly packaged, suitable for long-distance transportation and on-site manual or mechanical handling without damage, and shall meet all packaging conditions that are conducive to safe transportation or on-site transportation, such as moisture resistance, waterproofing, and resistance to manual or mechanical loading and unloading. The equipment is transported by air logistics from the factory to the seller's warehouse, and by land transportation from the seller's warehouse to the buyer's receiving location.

10、 Quality assurance and after-sales service

If the damage to the equipment is caused by the buyer's responsibility, the seller shall provide the main spare parts and send technical personnel to repair it on site (the cost shall be borne by the buyer);

i) The seller shall provide lifetime warranty and service for the contracted equipment after the warranty period;
