ESD protection sample holder
The PCB and LCC sample holder made of aluminum nitride material have high thermal conductivity.
The electroplating layer of the electrical contact does not contain magnetic materials such as nickel, thereby reducing the residual magnetism in the sample area.
The following sample holders can be optionally selected:

16 pin DIP (dual direct insertion) sample holder with ESD interface
Universal 16 way contact point PCB sample holder with ESD interface
44 pin LCC sample holder without ESD interface
The PCB sample holder installation end is equipped with 44 non-magnetic spring pins for connecting the PCB sample holder
During the process of loading the sample into the sample box, the ESD socket connects all the leads connected to the sample together to ensure that there is no loss voltage flowing through the sample due to electrostatic discharge.
The measuring cable consists of 13 pairs of twisted pair wires, 10 pairs of tinned copper (26AWG), and 3 pairs of tinned copper (22AWG). Each pair of leads has a separate foil shielding layer, and each shielding layer has an independent external insulation layer and winding wire.
