working principle:
The operation of a constant humidity machine system is achieved through three interconnected systems: refrigerant circulation system, air circulation system, and electrical self-control system;
Refrigerant circulation system:
The liquid refrigerant in the evaporator absorbs heat from the air (the air is cooled and dehumidified) and begins to evaporate. Eventually, a certain temperature difference is formed between the refrigerant and the air, and the liquid refrigerant completely evaporates into a gaseous state. It is then sucked in and compressed by the compressor (pressure and temperature increase), and the gaseous refrigerant absorbs heat through the condenser (air-cooled/water-cooled) and condenses into a liquid. After being throttled by an expansion valve (or capillary tube), it becomes a low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant that enters the evaporator, completing the refrigerant circulation process.
Air circulation system:
The fan is responsible for drawing in air from the return air outlet. The air passes through the evaporator (for cooling and dehumidification), humidifier, and heater (for heating) before being sent to the user's desired space through the air supply outlet. The air sent out mixes with the air in the space and returns to the return air outlet.
Electrical self-control system:
Including power supply and automatic control parts.
The power supply part supplies power to compressors, fans, humidifiers, etc. through contactors.
The automatic control is divided into temperature and humidity control and fault protection parts:
Temperature and humidity control is achieved by comparing the temperature and humidity of the return air with the user set temperature and humidity through a temperature and humidity controller, and automatically operating components such as compressors (cooling, dehumidification), humidifiers, and electric heaters (heating) to achieve automatic control of constant temperature and humidity.
Fault protection control is achieved through the combination of pressure protection, delay devices, relays, overload protection, etc., to control the fault protection of components such as compressors, fans, humidifiers, etc.
Unit characteristics:
1. Advanced control:
The unit is controlled by intelligent instruments or programmable logic controllers (PLCs), which have high control accuracy and good reliability. The unit instruments can reserve remote control interfaces, making it convenient for users to remotely control and save management manpower; Fully apply modern control technology, optimize control models to ensure that the operating mode of the unit adapts to the changes in working conditions throughout the year, and improve the seasonal energy efficiency ratio of the unit;
2. Multiple protections:
The unit is equipped with high voltage, low voltage, overload, short circuit, phase failure, overheating, underwind pressure protection, as well as interlocking protection for water pumps and fire dampers;
3. The unit fully adopts high-efficiency (EER) scroll compressors (below 50Hp) and semi enclosed screw compressors (above 60Hp).
4. Taking seasonal energy efficiency ratio (SEER) as the optimization objective, the system matching theory is comprehensively introduced, and computer-aided design technology is widely used to optimize the structural parameters of each component of the refrigeration system, so that the performance matching between the components in the system is reasonable, and it can form a complete whole to ensure efficient and reliable operation under various working conditions throughout the year.
5. Fully apply modern control technology, optimize control models to ensure that the operating mode of the unit adapts to changes in working conditions throughout the year, and improve the seasonal energy efficiency ratio of the unit.
6. One machine with multiple uses, wide temperature control range (5-32 ℃), and high annual operating efficiency. There is a fresh air exchange interface left, and users can configure a fresh air exchange. During transitional seasons and winter, the unit can automatically introduce low-temperature outdoor air into the room to achieve the purpose of ventilation and cooling, while also reducing the running time of the main unit to achieve energy conservation. This feature is particularly suitable for situations that require ventilation during transitional seasons and cooling during winter.
7. The unit uses environmentally friendly working fluids, selects environmentally friendly materials, and adopts new technologies and processes that meet environmental requirements to ensure that the unit meets environmental requirements throughout the entire process and in all aspects.
