Overview

The N83580 series low-power test battery simulator has high basic accuracy, with a current accuracy of up to 100nA, as shown in the following figure. By comparing the measured current value of DMM with the read back current value of N83580, the deviation value is within 100nA. By supplying power to the tested product through N83580, the static power consumption of the tested product in standby mode can be intuitively tested, and unqualified products can be screened to ensure that the standby working time of the product is within the nominal range after leaving the factory.

N83580 adopts a bidirectional design, and each channel can independently control the direction of current input and output. Users can customize the battery charging and discharging model and control it in real time through a dedicated upper computer, meeting the requirements of BMS active/passive balancing testing.

N83580 series DVM voltage measurement with dual ranges of ± 5V/± 30V, 5-digit resolution, and measurement accuracy up to 0.1mV.


Ultra high integration, built-in fault simulation function

The N83580 integrates 8 independent output channels in a 19 inch 2U chassis, each channel also has built-in positive and negative short circuit, positive and negative open circuit, and polarity reversal simulation functions. It is directly controlled through the upper computer software, eliminating the need for external matrix switch components to simulate battery faults, saving customers space and valuable investment.
