The SNT200 series digital mobile gas detector is a product developed by our company. It uses a highly integrated microcontroller as the control and management core, and imported sensors as gas sensing components. It is designed and manufactured in accordance with GB3836.1-2000 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environments Part 1: General Requirements", GB3836.2-2000 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environments Part 2: Explosion proof Type'd '", GB15322.1-2003 "Combustible Gas Detectors Part 1: Point type Combustible Gas Detectors with Measurement Range of 0-100% LEL" and GB12358-2006 "General Technical Requirements for Gas Detection and Alarm Devices in Operating Environments". It is a gas monitoring instrument with on-site display function and is suitable for hazardous areas with combustible or toxic gases. Can continuously detect the content of the tested gas in the air for a long time. It can be matched with the gas alarm controller developed by our company to form a functional gas alarm

3、 Working principle

Gas sensors convert gas concentration signals into electrical signals in a linear proportion. The electrical signal is amplified and processed by the circuit before being sent to the microcontroller, which performs analog-to-digital conversion and processes the converted data

Analyze and process based on the signal. Then display the processed concentration values on the LCD screen. The digital mobile gas detector can transmit concentration signals to the SNK6000 gas alarm controller through wireless signals in the Internet of Things.
