Low noise centrifugal fan structure:
The YDW series low-noise centrifugal fan is mainly composed of a casing, impeller, air inlet, electric motor, etc.
1. The casing is made of galvanized steel plate without welding seams as a whole, with a generous appearance. Heat and moisture resistance, durable and long-lasting.
2. The impeller is a forward multi wing arc-shaped blade, which is riveted to the front and middle disks. The material is made of galvanized steel plate with precision. To ensure the accuracy of the impeller, all parts of the impeller are stamped and formed in one go using a mold, combined and then subjected to static and dynamic balance correction. Therefore, the impeller has low vibration, good aerodynamic performance, low noise, and smooth operation during operation.
3. The air inlet is made of galvanized sheet metal and processed by molds. It is installed on both sides of the fan, with a curved cross-section parallel to the axial direction, ensuring smooth gas flow and minimal loss.
4. Electric motor: Adopting an external rotor low-noise three-phase asynchronous motor, the impeller and motor are connected by bolts to form a whole, thereby reducing transmission losses and improving the overall efficiency of the fan. It is possible to adjust the speed of the fan with the help of a three-phase voltage regulator or a frequency converter, thereby achieving the goal of variable air volume for the fan.
5. The fan can be made into two types: "left-handed" and "right-handed". When viewed from the outlet end of the motor, the impeller rotates clockwise to form a right-handed cyclone fan. On the contrary, it is called a left cyclone. The outlet position of the fan can be made at various angles such as 0 ℃, 90 ℃, 180 ℃, etc. Please specify when ordering.

User Notice for Low Noise Centrifugal Ventilators:
1. The medium conveyed by the fan is air and gas that is non corrosive, non explosive, and does not contain viscous substances. The dust and hard particles contained in the medium are not more than 120mg/m3;
2. The fan casing should have good grounding;
3. The fan is strictly prohibited from being fully open for use. It should operate at the specified current. Otherwise, it will cause power overload and burn out the motor;
4. To ensure the operation of the fan, a motor phase loss protection device must be equipped during installation;
5. When loading, unloading, transporting, or moving fans, it is strictly prohibited to pull or tug on the power cord of the motor. All parts of the fan must not collide or be compressed by hard objects, and should not be stacked in damp or corrosive places;
6. During the operation of the fan, if any abnormal sound or severe vibration is found, it should be stopped immediately, the power should be cut off, the cause should be identified, and the fault should be eliminated before resuming operation;
7. When placing an order, it is necessary to specify the model, specifications, flow rate, total pressure, speed, air outlet direction, and left/right type of the fan;
