Low concentration particle weighing roomIt is designed to provide constant temperature and humidity environmental conditions for weighing and monitoring low concentration particulate matter (PM2.5). The equipment adopts special shock absorption and noise reduction measures. Even when a precision electronic balance is placed inside the box, it can fully ensure the steady-state requirements of the precision balance.
Product Features
Low concentration particle weighing roomThe box adopts a split structure, special air duct design, and shock absorption and noise reduction measures to meet the required micro vibration environment requirements inside the box.
Realize sample balancing and weighing in the same constant temperature and humidity chamber to ensure the accuracy of sample weighing results.
The weighing room adopts a reasonable circulating air method to ensure uniform temperature and humidity inside the box.
The equipment has inlet and outlet air and filtration devices, and is equipped with air shower doors to fully ensure the cleanliness requirements of the air inside the box.
To ensure the comfort and safety requirements of the operator, the equipment has * protective measures and monitoring and alarm devices for the air quality inside the box.
The device adopts a high-quality touch screen controller, which is stable and reliable in temperature and humidity, and has printing function. It can print and record temperature and humidity values or curves in real time, display year, month, day, etc., and accumulate timing.
Reasons for not cooling:
1. The cause of the malfunction has not been determined. Based on the control process of the test chamber, the cause of the malfunction has been further confirmed. The test chamber has two sets of refrigeration units.
2. One is the main unit and the other is the auxiliary unit. When the cooling rate is high, the two units work simultaneously. In the early stage of temperature maintenance, the two units still work simultaneously. Once the temperature has initially stabilized, the auxiliary unit will stop working and the main unit will maintain temperature stability. If the host group R23 leaks, the cooling effect of the host group will not be significant. Due to the simultaneous operation of the two units during the cooling process, there is no phenomenon of unstable temperature, and the indicated cooling rate will decrease. During the temperature maintenance phase, once the auxiliary unit stops working and the main unit has no cooling effect, the air inside the test chamber will slowly rise. When the temperature reaches a certain level, the control system will start the auxiliary unit to cool down, bringing the temperature down to the set value (-55 ℃). Then the auxiliary unit stops working again. This process repeats, and the fault phenomenon shown in Figure 3 will occur.
