c.This product is used220V, 50-60HZ AC power supply, this product requires a good grounding of the power supply.

d.Please place this product away from strong electric fields or electromagnetic interference sources, such as AC cabinets, large machine tools, electromagnets, electric spark machines, etc.

e.To ensure measurement accuracy, please place this product away from vibration sources such as punch presses, vibration machines, etc.

f.Do not disassemble or adjust product parts by yourself. Please do not use accessories that are not produced or provided by our company.

1. After the instrument arrives at the user's location, the user prepares the necessary electricity and other conditions for the normal operation of the instrument, and a professional engineer opens a new box to inspect the instrument.

2. After the engineer inspects the site where the instrument is used and passes the inspection, installation, debugging, and accuracy compensation are carried out. After installation, the accuracy is tested again.

3. The training equipment should match the model and function of the instrument purchased by the user. Responsible for providing comprehensive training to users on the basic principles, usage, operation, maintenance, and upkeep of the product.

4. Training homework standards, operation "should know" and "should know".

5. Training content: power on/off operation, homework preparation, instrument calibration, measurement steps, precautions, and common problem handling procedures.

6. Instrument maintenance training: explanation of maintenance component names, maintenance content, maintenance cycles, maintenance methods and standards, and job requirements for maintenance personnel.

7. Each instrument is accompanied by technical information such as instruction manual, certificate of conformity of goods, packing list, etc;

8. The equipment installation and debugging process have detailed inspection records, and the debugging and inspection results comply with relevant national standards. And fill out the acceptance report and report to the user manufacturer.

9The warranty period shall not exceed thirteen months from the date of arrival of the goods and shall be responsible for lifelong maintenance of the equipment. During the warranty period, no repair fees will be charged, and spare parts that are not damaged by human factors will be replaced free of charge.

10After receiving the user's repair report, immediately communicate by phone to guide the solution. If the phone cannot solve the problem, provide a solution within two hours and arrive at the customer's site within 24 hours to solve the problem.(Excluding national statutory rest days)
