1. After the instrument arrives at the user's location, the user prepares the necessary electricity and other conditions for the normal operation of the instrument, and a professional engineer opens a new box to inspect the instrument.

2. After the engineer inspects the site where the instrument is used and passes the inspection, installation, debugging, and accuracy compensation are carried out. After installation, the accuracy is tested again.

3. The training equipment should match the model and function of the instrument purchased by the user. Responsible for providing comprehensive training to users on the basic principles, usage, operation, maintenance, and upkeep of the product.

4. Training homework standards, operation "should know" and "should know".

5. Training content: power on/off operation, homework preparation, instrument calibration, measurement steps, precautions, and common problem handling procedures.

6. Instrument maintenance training: explanation of maintenance component names, maintenance content, maintenance cycles, maintenance methods and standards, and job requirements for maintenance personnel.

7. Each instrument is accompanied by technical information such as instruction manual, certificate of conformity of goods, packing list, etc;

9The warranty period shall not exceed thirteen months from the date of arrival of the goods and shall be responsible for lifelong maintenance of the equipment.
