2、 Working principle
Lithium battery slurry online viscometerThis product is designed based on the principle of shear stress, and viscosity measurement is achieved by inserting a vibrating rod or plate into the fluid to be measured, utilizing the damping effect of fluid viscosity on vibration. During the vibration process, the viscous force of the fluid will cause the vibration amplitude to decay, and the higher the viscosity, the faster the decay. By compensating for the energy consumed due to viscous damping in real-time through the circuit system, the sensitive component is always maintained at resonance frequency and constant amplitude, thereby accurately deducing the viscosity value of the fluid. This mechanism ensures that the measurement process is fast, stable, and free from external interference.

No need for sampling or offline testing, continuous and real-time feedback on viscosity changes during the production process can help enterprises adjust process parameters in a timely manner, improve product consistency and production efficiency.

Based on the measurement principle of vibration frequency changes, it is extremely sensitive to viscosity changes, with a measurement accuracy of ± 1% and repeatability better than 0.3%, suitable for precision control scenarios.

The probe has a compact size and supports various installation methods such as flanges and threads. It can be directly inserted into pipelines or containers, adapting to narrow spaces and diverse process layouts.
4. Corrosion resistant and anti hanging material design
The probe body is coated with 316L stainless steel, Hastelloy or polytetrafluoroethylene, with a smooth and corrosion-resistant surface, effectively preventing material adhesion, and suitable for various corrosive or highly adhesive media.
5. Multiple output modes, easy to integrate
Standard configuration includes 4-20mA analog signal and RS485 digital interface (supporting MODBUS protocol), which can seamlessly integrate with PLC, DCS and other systems to meet remote monitoring and data acquisition needs.
