Compact installation of mini tuning fork level switch The tuning fork type vibrating level switch vibrates through the resonance of piezoelectric crystals. When subjected to material damping, the amplitude sharply decreases and the frequency and phase undergo significant changes. These changes are detected by the internal electronic circuit, processed, and converted into switch signal output. This product can detect, control, and alarm the high and low positions of the material tank, and is suitable for various liquids, powders, and granular solids. It is practical, simple, reliable, and has strong applicability. It is basically maintenance free, and both the tuning fork and output are in working condition, indicated by light-emitting diodes. The status indication can be adjusted according to habits, and it is equipped with three input methods (DC 24V, AC 110V, and AC 220V) and multiple output methods (DC current output type, relay contact output type, DC voltage output type). All types have high or low fault alarm modes and selectable instrument switch sensitivity.

1. Strong adaptability:The different electrical parameters and densities of the tested medium do not affect the measurement. Scaling, agitation, turbulence, bubbles, vibration, moderate viscosity, high temperature, high pressure and other harsh conditions have no effect on the detection;
