Adopting the imported Siemens touch screen temperature control system, the required temperature parameters, cooling speed, and insulation time can be set according to the needs, with process recording and remote monitoring functions.

The low-temperature technology and cold air circulation system used in the equipment fully utilize liquid nitrogen cooling to achieve uniform, stable, and rapid cooling of the workpiece.

During the hot installation process, the base hole parts need to be heated and then cooled in air, which is equivalent to a low-temperature annealing treatment of the parts, reducing their hardness and strength.
