LC-100Liquid chromatography systemThe operation is both intuitive and convenient. It can input all control information through the instrument's own keyboard when not connected to a computer, and all operations are displayed on the LCD screen. You can also connect to a computer and use workstation software. There is no secondary analog-to-digital conversion between the workstation and the chromatograph, and pure digital communication is used. The data read in are all direct two channel sampling data, without any processing or signal distortion, ensuring sampling accuracy and data loss during post-processing. The sampling accuracy reaches 18 bits (0.1 seconds/time). The LC-WS100 workstation is divided into four independent units: real-time sampling, post-processing, wavelength playback, and spectrum comparison. The real-time sampling unit can directly monitor up to 4 pumps and UV detectors. The wavelength, pump flow rate, and deuterium lamp switch can be changed arbitrarily. The pump can be stopped at any time to keep the component in the flow cell, and then the wavelength scan can be automatically started to obtain the continuous spectrum of the component at different wavelengths. This is something that other workstations cannot achieve. In addition, all displayed data has been converted to AU values, eliminating the need for users to perform tedious conversions. Due to the software running under the WINDOWS system, all functions are menu based, requiring no learning and easy to operate at a glance.

1、 LCP100 high-pressure constant flow pump

LC-P100 high-pressure constant current pump is a microprocessor controlled reciprocating double plunger parallel pump, which has the characteristics of high working pressure, small pulsation, stable and reliable performance, and easy operation. Its mechanical components are designed with computer-aided design, and all major components are manufactured in advanced CNC machining centers, thus possessing high machining accuracy, good pump body sealing performance, and good interchangeability of parts. The plunger rod adopts a floating guide structure, and the driving cam is made of high-strength alloy steel. By using a microprocessor to control the micro step drive circuit, the stepper motor driving the pump runs smoothly, with low noise and a wide speed adjustment range. The LC-P100 high-pressure constant flow pump can have a flow rate ranging from 0.001mL/min to 9.999mL/min within the pressure range of 0-42Mpa. This meets the needs of both conventional analysis and micro traffic analysis.

 When performing isometric analysis on a single pump, various operating modes can be changed through four function keys based on the prompts displayed on the instrument's full Chinese character LCD screen. Parameters such as flow rate, pressure upper and lower limits, continuous working time, and pressure units can also be conveniently set. LC-P100 high-pressure constant flow pump has process monitoring function. The microprocessor controls the flow rate of the pump in real time and detects the infusion pressure. In the event of pressure exceeding the limit, an alarm will sound and the pump will automatically stop running.

 LC-WS100 workstation can be used to control the operation of up to four pumps through RS232 interface and establish a multivariate gradient analysis system. The overall structure of LC-P100 high-pressure constant current pump adopts modular design, including mechanical and electrical parts that can be independently assembled and disassembled, making fault inspection and replacement very convenient.
 The LC-P100 high-pressure constant flow pump adopts a dual plunger parallel pump structure, with dual pump heads alternately used for infusion. Under the same infusion volume, its output pulsation is much lower than that of a series pump, and the lifespan of the piston rod and seal ring is twice as long as that of a conventional series pump.

2、 LCUV100 UV detector

 The LC-UV100 UV detector uses parallel double cone flow cells, with the sample cell and reference cell * in equal conditions. The conical hole design of the flow cell can increase the light energy passing through the cell hole under the same cell volume, significantly reducing the static noise and signal drift of the instrument.

 The optical path system adopts a precise positioning structure, so it has high accuracy and small offset. The deuterium lamp holder and optical system adopt thermal isolation installation technology, which reduces the stability time of the instrument and minimizes the impact of deuterium lamp heating on the optical system. The control circuit adopts a multi microprocessor structure, which manages signal acquisition, data processing, system control, and communication separately. The LC-UV100 ultraviolet detector can easily set parameters such as ultraviolet wavelength, filtering constant, output range, and operating time through the full Chinese LCD screen and seven function keys when performing isometry analysis. And it can achieve functions such as switching deuterium lamps, spectral scanning, and starting analysis programs.

 Another major feature of this instrument is that the LC-UV100 ultraviolet detector uses a circuit structure that directly outputs digital signals. Compared to previous UV detector chromatographic signals, most of them use analog signal output or internal digital signal processing, which is then converted into analog signals and output to the chromatographic data processing device, and then undergo analog-to-digital conversion. Such multiple conversions will inevitably lead to signal distortion and interference. The LC-UV100 ultraviolet detector sends the digital signal to the LC-WS100 workstation for logarithmic conversion and integration processing without any loss through the RS232 interface.

 The LC-UV100 ultraviolet detector can conveniently control deuterium lamp switching, spectral scanning, relay switching, wavelength scanning, and other functions through the graphical interface on the LC-WS100 workstation.

3、 Chromatography workstation

 LC-WS100 chromatography workstation has dual functions: controlLC-100And chromatographic data processing.

 Control function: Through the RS232 communication cable between LC-UV100 and LC-UV100 ultraviolet detector, up to four LC-P100 high-voltage constant current pumps and LC-UV100 ultraviolet detectors can be controlled simultaneously in a graphical interface, achieving functions such as multiple high-voltage gradient elution and wavelength scanning. It can display the flow rate, pressure, analysis time curve, and wavelength scanning curve of each pump.

 Chromatographic data processing: Receive digital signals from LC-UV100 UV detector and directly process the data.

 The basic functions are:

  1. Six quantitative calculation methods: normalization method, modified normalization method, modified normalization method with proportional factor, internal standard method, external standard method, and index calculation method.

  2. Calibration operation: It can achieve calibration using multiple standard samples of different concentrations and establish a sample concentration area correction curve.

  3. Flexible peak recognition and processing capabilities: The processing of chromatographic peaks can be identified by setting peak processing parameters and time programs, or manually processed.

  4. Chromatographic patterns, set quantitative calculation methods, peak processing parameters, and peak identification tables can be saved to a user named file.
