Product Description: NAI-APL01 is a new generation intelligent bacterial collector with straight installation of pump tubes and automatic tube clamping function. A sterile testing system can be constructed with a disposable bacterial culture incubator, or a microbial limit testing system can be constructed with a membrane filter. The test sample is transferred to the incubator cup through the directional peristaltic pressure of the bacterial collection device and filtered under positive pressure. Microorganisms that may exist in the test sample are intercepted by the filter membrane, and the antibacterial components of the test sample are removed by washing the filter membrane (if necessary). If conducting aseptic testing, fill the filter with culture medium for cultivation to test whether the test sample contains bacteria. If conducting a limit check, remove the filter membrane film and agar plate, culture and count. Application range: This product can be widely used for sterile testing of sterile preparations, including antibiotics and preparations containing antibacterial ingredients, sterile raw materials, large infusion solutions, water injections, sterilized medical equipment, sterilized injection water, etc. It can also be used in conjunction with membrane filters for microbial limit testing in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, and beverages.
