Due to the lack of heating, it fully ensures that additives in the oil do not crack or deteriorate, without damaging the quality of the original product. For oil containing a large amount of moisture, the separation effect is particularly significant, with a separation speed several to tens of times faster than traditional speeds.

working principle:Unqualified oil first enters the primary filtration, where large particle impurities are intercepted. The oil with large particle impurities removed is then transported to the fine filter by the oil pump. After removing smaller impurities in the fine filter, it continues to enter the coalescence separator, where the principle of molecular separation technology is used to perform pressure swing analysis on the oil, eliminate intermolecular binding forces, and dissolve water, free water, and quickly break the oil film to detach from the oil molecules and precipitate; At this point, dehydration and impurity removal are completed to meet the required moisture and cleanliness requirements.

1. Pay attention to the changes in pressure gauge values. When the pressure exceeds 0.4Mpa, the filter should be cleaned or the filter component should be replaced; The filter elements of the primary and secondary filters should be removed and cleaned regularly to maintain cleanliness and avoid blockage, which may cause insufficient oil intake or frequent pump start-up.
3. After every 5000 hours of operation, lubricating grease should be added to prevent the motor from burning out.
4. Attention should be paid to checking the operation of the oil pump to avoid motor jamming or burning out.
5. After running for a period of time, attention should be paid to checking whether the control system is safe and reliable, whether the pump shaft seal is damaged or leaking, whether the pipeline system is blocked, and whether the pump and corresponding motor noise are normal. If the machine is stopped for more than a month, it should be placed in a dry environment, the cabinet door should be closed, and the body should be covered.
