Adopting high-precision involute cylindrical helical gears for direct transmission, the transmission efficiency can reach over 98%. The spindle is made of high-quality alloy steel 40Cr through forging, heat treatment, and precision machining, with high comprehensive strength. The unique feeding angle and compression ratio of the ring mold result in better product quality and longer service life.

Operation Characteristics of Liaoning Modern SWLX-420 Straw Granulator

The ring mold remains stationary, and the pressure roller and spindle rotate. The material is evenly distributed on the surface of the ring mold under the action of centrifugal force, which facilitates particle compression.

Reducing the working surface of the pressure roller disperses the pressure of the roller, increases the pressure between the mold and the roller, and improves the output of the granulator.

The pressure roller is equipped with an automatic oiling device, and during the production process, as the temperature of the pressure roller increases, the lubricating grease automatically liquefies and flows into the bearing chamber.

The main engine bearings are lubricated by an oil pump, which extends the service life of the bearings and reduces the failure rate.
