Adopting a dual axis crushing device. The front axle rotates at high speed through a Y-shaped moving knife (or hanging claw) to initially crush and pick up straw. The centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation throws the straw into the rear axle, which is a straight moving knife. By cooperating with a fixed knife, the straw is kneaded and removed from the soil.

After two double axis processing and dust removal through the dust removal holes on the spiral conveyor device, the bundled straw has a low soil content and becomes fine filaments, which can be directly fed to livestock such as cattle and sheep. Through this device, not only has the problem of difficult straw recycling been solved, but also the issue of livestock feed has been addressed.

The design of the crushing mechanism can adapt to different corn straw fields, and it can be well picked up and bundled regardless of the standing pole, auxiliary placement, or machine harvesting. At the same time, the process of kneading and crushing is also a dust removal process, and the soil content of the straw bundles harvested by this equipment is much lower than that of traditional bullet picking mechanisms.

The picker adopts a floating structure, effectively reducing the damage of mechanical vibration to the machine.

Equipped with a manual centralized lubrication system, the baler can lubricate 18 lubrication points simultaneously in one operation, saving time and avoiding equipment damage caused by forgetting to add lubricating oil.
