As a communication interface module, EMF2133IB does not directly participate in motor speed control, but rather serves as aThe 'bridge' between the frequency converter and the bus systemResponsible for transmitting control commands from the upper computer (such as start, stop, frequency setting) to the frequency converter, and feeding back the operating status of the frequency converter (such as current, voltage, temperature, fault codes) to the control system.
In practical applications, this module is usually used in conjunction with Lenz E82 series or 8200 series frequency converters. The main circuit of the frequency converter consists of a rectifier, a filtering circuit, an inverter, and a control unit. It converts DC to AC through IGBT switching devices and adjusts the output voltage and frequency according to the load requirements, thereby achieving energy-saving speed regulation and precise control.
