Purpose of the experiment:
1. Deepen the understanding of the characteristics, basic concepts, and precipitation laws of layering.
2. Deepen the understanding of the importance of static settling experiments in sedimentation unit operations.
3. Determine the static settling curve of a certain sewage aeration tank mixture through experiments. And provide necessary design parameters for the design of clarification and concentration tanks.
Main configuration:
Sedimentation column, water pump, pump circulation device, raw water tank, water distribution pipeline, metal valve, circuit control system, stainless steel frame, control panel.
Technical Specifications:
1. Environmental temperature: 5 ℃~40 ℃, power supply 220V single-phase three wire system, power 500W.
2. Organic glass precipitation column: Φ 100 × 1400mm, 4 pieces, with sampling ports installed on the precipitation column. Four sets of stainless steel stirrers inside the sedimentation column.
3. Water pump: rated flow rate of 1m3/h, head of 15m, power of 370W.
4. Raw water tank: 600 × 400 × 500mm, welded with PVC board.
5. The frame is made of stainless steel, with a compact structure, beautiful appearance, and easy operation.
