Working principle of dust recycling collector
The dusty gas enters the dust collector under the negative pressure of the centrifugal fan, and after efficient filtration by the filter cartridge, the dust is blocked on the outer wall of the filter cartridge, and the clean gas is discharged through the fan.
PLC programming controls the pulse solenoid valve that has been supplied with compressed air to open at regular intervals, blowing off the dust attached to the outside of the filter cartridge and collecting it in the bottom box, thereby ensuring the long-term smoothness of the filter cartridge and achieving stable dust removal effect.

1. The whole machine consists of a centrifugal fan, a filter cartridge filter chamber, a pre filter cartridge, a legal drawer, a purifier chamber body, a pulse dust cleaning system, an electronic control device, and a flexible suction arm with a vacuum hood (optional).
2. The purifier adopts optimized design and adopts inlet air flow equalization and guidance technology, which solves the problem of uneven airflow in each room that is difficult to avoid in general point bag dust collectors.
