Laser smoke purifier equipment
The filtering principle of laser smoke purifier: Smoke is sucked into the purification equipment by the fan, and some larger particles are mechanically trapped on the flow plate due to collision. The airflow enters the electric field, and under the action of the electric field, the smoke is ionized, most of which can be degraded and carbonized, and a small part is adsorbed on the electrode plate of the electric field. At the same time, under the action of the electric field generator, ozone is generated inside the electric field to remove most of the odors. Treatment method for smoke and dust generated by laser cutting machine:
1. Exhaust treatment:
The use of exhaust treatment for laser cutting machines is generally only targeted at local operations, such as using general exhaust facilities for fixed positions of operators to prevent local work sites from being contaminated by harmful substances. However, the effectiveness of this method is very low because laser cutting smoke and harmful gases are spread from the source to the entire production environment using air as the medium.
2. Comprehensive ventilation:
Comprehensive ventilation includes natural ventilation and mechanical ventilation. In foreign countries, natural ventilation is generally used for outdoor CNC cutting operations or open space CNC cutting, while mechanical ventilation is usually used for indoor operations. The smoke in the workshop is discharged outdoors through axial flow fans installed on walls or ceilings, or purified by purifiers and circulated in the workshop to reduce the concentration of smoke and dust in the workshop.
3. Industrial smoke purifier for smoke and dust treatment:
During the processing, a suitable smoke purifier is used to effectively treat smoke and dust, which is currently in line with national environmental protection requirements. A power device is installed below the laser cutting workbench and collected into the industrial smoke purifier through pipelines. The smoke and dust generated by cutting will not spread to the processing workshop, ensuring the cleanliness of the workpiece and protecting the health of workers.
