Introduction to Construction

1. Inside the laboratory

spray Tower: The built-in glass nozzle is placed inside the nozzle, and the spray is dispersed into the laboratory through the tower pipe approach and the conical disperser.

Spray regulator: adjust the size of spray volume, increase the spray volume and decrease the spray volume. The brine preheating tank is located at the bottom of the spray tower. The brine in this tank is injected into the preheating tank through a brine replenishment bottle. The water level in the preheating tank is controlled by a float and can be automatically controlled. There is a drainage outlet for cleaning at the bottom of the tank controlled by a silicone plug.

2. Outside the laboratory

3. Control system:

Laboratory temperature control: It is to control the temperature of the laboratory, set according to the standard temperature, and conduct salt water testing35 ℃, corrosion resistance test at 50 ℃.

Saturated air tank temperature controller: It controls the temperature of the saturated air tank and sets the temperature for saltwater testing47 ℃, corrosion resistance test at 63 ℃.

plan time Device: AdjustableThe required time for the experiment can be set arbitrarily from 0.1s to 99hr, and the machine will automatically stop at the end.

Heating water tank temperature controller: controls the water temperature of the heating water tank. This controller is designed to cooperate with laboratory temperature control. When there is a large difference in environmental temperature around the testing machine, it also needs to be adjusted accordingly. Its setting method is located in the control box.

Salt water spray test: the laboratory temperature controller is set to35 ℃, set the temperature controller of the heating water tank to 47 ℃ (40 ℃ -50 ℃).

Corrosion resistance test: The temperature controller in the laboratory is set to50 ℃, set the temperature controller of the heating water tank to 65 ℃ (60 ℃ -70 ℃).

Saturated air tank safety temperature controller: Saturated air tank safety protection device, temperature safety setting value higher than actual temperature5 ℃ (located inside the control box).

Power switch: Light up switch, controls the overall power supply of the entire machine.

Operation switch: Illuminate the lifting plate to control the heating system of the laboratory heating tank and saturated air tank.

timer switchIlluminate the lifting plate and control the power supply of the time controller.

Spray switch: light the warping plate to control the spray system.

Defogging switch: Illuminated lifting plate, controls the defogging system, and clears salt spray inside the box.

Overtemperature alarm light: The temperature of the heating tank exceeds65o, This light will turn on and the power will be cut off.

Low salt water alarm light: If the water level in the brine preheating tank is below the lower limit, this light will turn on and the operating system will be cut off.

End indicator light: When the required time for timing setting ends, this light will turn on and automatically stop the machine.

Left low water level alarm light: If the water level in the heating tank is below the lower limit, this light will turn on and the power will be cut off.

Right low water level alarm light: If the water level of the saturated tank is below the lower limit, this light will turn on and the operating system will be cut off.
