Precautions

1. Shutdown protection: Keep the cylinder filled with solvent during shutdown to prevent the paint from drying up and peeling.

2. Startup taboos: When there is no medium or material inside the cylinder, it is forbidden to start the dispersion shaft to avoid damaging the dispersion shaft or dispersion disk.

3. Cleaning precautions: During cleaning, only allow the dispersing shaft to move slightly to avoid wear caused by prolonged continuous operation.

4. Medium selection: The medium should be suitable for the viscosity of the paint slurry. Medium with low specific gravity is not effective in high viscosity paint slurry.

5. Troubleshooting: When shutting down due to pressure or other reasons, the cause must be identified and the fault must be eliminated before starting.

6. Medium screening: The medium should be pre screened to remove impurities and particles smaller than the specified size, in order to prevent affecting the grinding effect and paint quality.

7. Inspection after Long term Parking: After the machine has been parked for a long time, before starting, check whether the dispersing shaft is stuck and manually rotate the dispersing shaft pulley for a trial run. If it cannot be turned, it means that the dispersing shaft has been stuck. At this time, the solvent should be slowly pumped into the pump to dissolve and loosen it before starting the operation.
