Structural features:

The fan is composed of a brake device, a transmission device, a collector, a front air duct group, a bearing group, a main air duct, an impeller, a rear air duct group, a diffuser, and a muffler.

The stationary parts of the fan are made of high-quality structural steel, the hub is made of low-alloy steel, the blades are made of LD5 forged aluminum alloy, and the main shaft is made of 45 steel.

The fan bearing box is equipped with high-quality bearings from FAG in Germany or SKF in Sweden, and is lubricated with forced oil supply. It can operate safely and reliably at ambient temperatures ranging from -32 ℃ to+37 ℃. The external fuel tank has oil level display, low oil level alarm, and abnormal oil temperature alarm devices, which are suitable for long-term operation in coal mines.

The fan has an alarm device to prevent surge. Once the fan enters a surge state, an alarm can be triggered. If the alarm is not resolved within 60 seconds, automatic shutdown can be achieved.
