The pump oil of the oil sealed rotary vacuum pump must comply with the relevant specifications. As an operating medium, pump oil plays an important role in vacuum pumps.

*Sealing - prevents atmospheric air from entering the exhaust valve, and seals the gaps between relative moving parts (rotor and stator, rotor slot, etc.)

*Lubrication - lubricating oil for relative moving parts to reduce wear.

*Cooling - Is the oil in the pump? Intercirculation, heat dissipation, and cooling.

*Carrying - carrying dust or other particles generated by wear and tear in oil to reduce wear and tear damage.

*Protection - Form a protective oil film to prevent water and chemical vapor condensation from corroding the internal components of the pump.

Performance requirements:

*The requirement for saturated vapor pressure at temperature is to have less volatile components.

*It should have a certain viscosity and a small temperature change (smooth viscosity temperature rise curve).

*Good lubrication performance and excellent crack resistance under mechanical stress.

*Stable corrosion chemical properties.

Standard oil change cycle:

In the operating manual of the pump, the standard oil change cycle under normal operating conditions (removing clean air under low pressure) is clearly indicated. Please pay attention to the inquiry. The following is only an example, and the instruction manual shall prevail.

Please note that under some usage conditions, the actual oil change cycle may not be consistent with the operating instructions. For example, when extracting pollutants or special gases, or operating at high inlet pressure or high inlet temperature, please determine the oil change frequency based on your specific operating conditions.

Store in a dry and clean enclosed room

Storage temperature: 10-35 ℃

Under appropriate storage conditions, the shelf life of original unopened standard oil products is three years.

For unopened original containers:

If the environment is not suitable, the storage period will be shortened.

After opening the container:

Dust, dirt, moisture, etc. must be avoided from entering the container, and the oil should be put into use as soon as possible. The storage period of oil will be shortened after opening.
