Lafil 300 integrates a filtration bottle group and a vacuum source into one system, utilizing industrial design ingenuity. In addition to reducing the table space by half compared to traditional combinations, it also uses a fence style platform to fix waste liquid bottles, preventing operators from accidentally touching the bottle body and tipping it over.
◆ Rotary locking design
The filter funnel used in Lafi-l 300 adopts the Loco (M577346) rotary clamp fastening technology, which is fast, tight and does not require the use of fixtures for installation.
Floating ball anti overflow protection device
The receiving bottle used in Lafi-l 300 is equipped with a float anti overflow protection device. When the liquid level rises and touches the float, the float will rise and press against the gas pipeline to prevent the liquid from being pumped into the vacuum pump.
Advanced engineering plastic injection molding
The filter bottle set matched with Lafi-l 300 is made of PC material injection molding, and the filter funnel is made of PES injection molding, both of which are suitable for steam sterilization.
