Feeding and preheating: The lactose raw material liquid is stably transported to the concentration host through a dedicated feeding unit, and heated to a suitable temperature by the preheating system, laying the foundation for the subsequent concentration process and ensuring the stability of concentration efficiency.
Vacuum environment construction: After the equipment is started, a stable vacuum chamber is quickly constructed to reduce the internal pressure and significantly lower the boiling point of lactose solution. Rapid evaporation of water can be achieved within the low temperature range of 50-75 ℃, fundamentally avoiding high temperature induced lactose decomposition and denaturation.
Energy recycling: Drawing on the principle of refrigeration cycle, the energy medium completes the cycle conversion of gas, liquid and gas in a closed cycle system, and releases and absorbs heat during the phase change process. The released heat energy is used for the heating and evaporation of lactose solution, while the absorbed cold energy comes from the condensation of secondary steam generated by solution evaporation. Through the bidirectional utilization of energy, the energy utilization efficiency is greatly improved.
Evaporation and Separation: In a vacuum low-temperature environment, the water in the lactose solution rapidly vaporizes into secondary steam, which is separated from the concentrated liquid by an efficient separation device. The concentrated liquid is continuously concentrated to the target specific gravity in the host.
Condensation recovery and discharge: The secondary steam is condensed into liquid water through the condensation system and discharged. If the material contains organic solvents, solvent recovery and reuse can be achieved simultaneously; The lactose concentrate that reaches the target concentration is automatically output through a continuous discharge unit, with no material retention throughout the process, avoiding secondary pollution.
