Lactose is a carbohydrate found in human and mammalian breast milk, consisting of glucose and galactose as a disaccharide with the molecular formula C12H22011. During the growth and development of infants and young children, lactose not only provides energy but also participates in the development of the brain.
Lactose is mainly used in the manufacture of baby food and in the preparation of drugs, such as pharmaceutical tablets and powders, as a diluent. Lactose only exists in the milk of mammals in nature. The lactose content in milk is generally 4.5-5.0%, with an average of 4.8%. The influence of season, feed, and feeding management conditions on lactose content is minimal. During lactation, the content of lactose in the monthly milked mixed milk is not much different from the average value, generally only 0.1-0.2%. However, when cows suffer from certain diseases, such as mastitis, tuberculosis, etc., their content will be sharply reduced. When milk is acidified and spoiled, the lactose content also needs to be reduced.
Borui Si BRS-HD-500 modelLactose concentration online fully automatic testerIt is an online, high-precision concentration measurement instrument developed using the principle of critical angle refraction detection.
The sensor adopts good optical components, integrated design, direct conversion and processing of photoelectric signals, and has high-precision automatic temperature compensation function. The online detection of concentration is not affected by the color, turbidity, and viscosity of the material;
Not affected by bubbles, solid impurities, and crystals in the material; Not affected by changes in liquid pressure, sudden changes in flow rate, or turbulence phenomena;
It can be applied to pipeline installation or installation on tank walls, as well as other installation methods. The detection data can be connected to PLC and DCS through 4-20mA analog signals or RS485 communication signals. A systematic solution can be customized according to customer needs, and the actions of the executing components can be achieved through the control unit.
For example, the operation status, valve opening, opening and closing of the feeding and water pump valve, upper and lower limit alarm output control, data recording and traceability, etc., achieve automated production regulation and control, eliminate concentration imbalance caused by human control, save human resource costs, improve product quality, change the extensive production management mode that has relied on manual measurement, manual recording, and manual control for a long time, eliminate concentration imbalance caused by human control, and ensure that the process strictly follows the process plan. Ensure stable product quality, improve work efficiency, enhance enterprise management level and production process control capability.

Due to the different propagation speeds of light in different media, when light is projected from one medium to another, the direction of light propagation changes. This phenomenon is called refraction of light. Human beings have conducted long-term research on the refraction of light and summarized the fundamental law that light follows when it undergoes refraction, which is the law of refraction of light. Since the concentration of each medium is related to the refractive index of light. In practical applications, we can determine the concentration of the medium by measuring the critical angle at which light refracts.
